A graduate of Artisan In Motor Vehicle Engineering is expected to work on and rectify faults in a given motor vehicle with efficiency and reliability whether on wage employment or self employed.
To prepare the graduate for the above task, the course is planned to take one year with a total of 1224 contact hours.800 hours will be devoted to trade theory and practice at a ration of 10% theory and 90% practice.
The rest of the hours will be devoted to supporting subjects i.e. mathematics, science, Applied Geometry and General studies
